Robert Half is recruiting for a Permanent Service Delivery Co-ordinator for a Global Consulting Organisation in Birmingham City Centre

We are seeking a Service Delivery Co-ordinator on a permanent basis to join a fast paced team and this will suit someone who is forward thinking, ambitious and a self-starter.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver correct skills and personality match in line with client requirements
- Deliver to deadlines and prioritise frequently
- Clear and open communication with sales/ Business Development team/manager
- Source and attract relevant candidates for live roles and future pipeline of roles
- Create an organised 'bank' of suitable potential candidates and create long term working relationships by giving a high level of communication and service
- Write and advertise job roles - making sure they maximise their return on investment
- Interview and meet with suitable candidates to assess their suitability using competency based interview techniques
- Check compliance and maintain and manage the risk management aspect for the team for compliance
- Deliver candidate attraction focused planning and demonstrate execution of this plan
- Meet and exceed KPI's relevant to the Service Delivery Function on a regular consistent basis
- Develop templates and processes that contribute to the success and delivery of the provision of staff to our clients
- Create and deliver a marketing / attraction strategy over time
- Contribute to the success of the 'brand' of the operational division - providing excellent internal and external professional support

Hours of work - 8.15am - 6.45pm

Onsite free access to gym, beauty rooms and coffee shop

Salary £17-19k + OTE bonus

Car allowance of £4200 achievable within 6-9 months added to basic
