An established provider of social housing in the Black Country area is looking for an experienced Repairs Administrator to make an immediate impact within the Maintenance team.

Key Duties:

- Providing administrative support to the Maintenance team via MS Office, MS Outlook and SAP software system
- Liaising with subcontractors, tenants and any internal and external stakeholders, residents and contractors, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately, including investigating and responding to complaints.
- Supporting the regional teams by ensuring accurate and timely information is collected, collated, prepared and presented to ensure regulatory and other standards are continuously met or exceeded.

Key Criteria:

- Administrative experience within a social housing background is highly advantageous
- Planning or scheduling experience, or within a repairs background is highly desirable
- Strong MS Office and MS Outlook skills are essential; experience of SAP is an added bonus

The successful Repairs & Maintenance Administrator will be immediately available and understand the need to provide efficient administrative support and communicate clearly with tenants, subcontractors and internal and external third parties.
