How about a role that is slightly different from the norm, where you are not only engaging with employers, but developing links with the third / public sector to secure referrals?

This large charity have recently been awarded a new contract covering Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent. It aims to work with the hardest to help clients to develop and move into employment. The charity have subcontracted most of this welfare to work contract to local partnership organisations, who have teams of coaches on the ground delivering one to one support to local residents. Your role will be to connect with all the key organisations required to connect the contract together, ensuring there is a steady stream of referrals coming through to the partners, and that connections are made with local employers to develop work trials and employment opportunities. You will be responsible for creating a strategy to connect with referral and employer partners, and taking a hands on approach in making contact directly with key stakeholders to make things happen.
