We are Digital require a reliable & dedicated Customer Advisor to join our team in Warwick in a full-time position working Monday - Friday.
* Handling incoming and making outbound telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner
* Calling, emailing and texting learners to book in their training sessions
* Updating data management system
* MUST be computer literate (comfortable, and knowledgeable in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
* Can work under pressure - this is a fast paced, ever changing company
* Can manage and prioritise tasks
* Able to communicate with excellent verbal and written English with internal colleagues and external clients
* Knowledge of using a data management system
