Home Instead Senior Care Leek Moorlands
This very satisfying role requires a caring and compassionate person, someone who enjoys going above and beyond their role to provide a high quality service. In this role, you are given at least an hour to spend with your client. You will be working in the client's own home, supporting them to remain independent.
You will be responsible for implementing the client's care plan and reporting any concerns to your line manager. You will have a number of clients that you support enabling them to manage their meals, any housework, medication, bathing, grooming and any other support they require. You will also have some companionship responsibilities where you will escort clients out in the community.
The hours are varied on a rota basis working alternative weekends. You will be paid for travel time and mileage and holiday pay.
No experience is needed as full training before you start is given. Ongoing training and support are provided by your mentor.
