We have had a fantastic opportunity become available for a Project Assistant based in Gaydon on an initial 27 week contract.

The candidate must have the relevant skills to be successful in the role-

* Commercial acumen and analysis & reporting of data
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
* Strong Project management skills

Role Responsibilities-

* Collate and coordinate inputs from relevant Cross functional teams (BCCS, Production, Regional offices, PE, TVM) for each Active BCCS project ID (New model sourcing & Resourcing)
* Use the departments project management tools and methodologies effectively to support the management of the project including reporting, risk register maintenance, issue escalation, timing plan creation, activity planning
* Scheduling, agenda setting and governance of all BCCS cross functional forums e.g. BCCS Purchasing review, BCCS Governance review, TVM forum & LEAP activities.
* Production of all Reports, Minutes and follow up of Actions & governance activities with cross functional stakeholders.
* Track status against BCCS deliverables (Project savings, cost of project delays, budget, causal factors for KPIs and ensure on target to deliver).
* Co-ordinator of the BCCS outputs from each area to develop and manage activity trackers shared with the Regional Program managers & buyers.
* Ensure activities from BCCS are on track & up to date, escalation through to PM.
* Log & maintain Lessons Learned register for both BCCS teams
* Input to & edit Bi weekly BCCS newsletters & all BCCS related communications.
* Support maintenance & update of BCCS database with benchmarking data.
* Maintain & govern Targeted commodities list for BCCS team.
* Adherence to DRIM.
* Support continuous improvement of PMO tools
* Support cross functional work with other functional & Regional PMOs (incl. TVM/CBL??s) to drive efficiencies and stan
