Job Description:

Our client is seeking a competent 1st Line Support Agent to provide technical support for internal and external customers in the UK & Europe. The role of 1st Line Support Agent will provide 1st line support to the customers using the shipping and tracking applications. The role of 1st Line Support Agent will also support all staff software and hardware running in house. The 1st Line Support Agent will also be responsible for bespoke and standard software management systems.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Educated to GCSE standard
  • Previous experience with 1st line helpdesk
  • MS Suite experience
  • Microsoft 2003 & 2010 knowledge and trouble shooting ability
  • Experience of application/operating systems
  • Previous experience of identifying and fixing hardware problems
  • Experience of application/operating systems
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking

This role would suit someone with a background in technical helpdesk, 2nd line support, IT helpdesk or experience within a company whom operate a ticketing process with some escalated hands on experience.
