Homecare4u are looking to recruit the following candidates for our new Branch within the Lichfield area;

  • Branch Manager
  • Deputy Manager
  • Care Coordinator
  • Field Care Supervisor

Branch Manager ; Homecare4u are looking for a Branch Manager for our new Lichfield Branch.

  • This role will involve focusing on compliance and quality, ensuring all staff and client quality assurance is met.
  • Participating in the on call rota.
  • Ensuring all paper work is accurate and correct
  • Monitoring the CM2000 system
  • Your remit will include planning, organizing and controlling domiciliary operations to ensure that appropriate placement of staff is provided and the appropriate standards as defined by the CQC are met.
  • You will promote good staff relations and retention of staff to minimize labour turnover.
  • You will work closely with the Operations Manager, senior support teams and central HR in respect of recruitment, selection, training, pay and conditions of employment, grievances and disciplinary matters.

Deputy Manager; you will work closely with the manager to oversee and maintain the care of Service users, to ensure rotas are completed in a timely manner and all care calls are covered, staffs are recruited and trained, ensure that all Company policies and procedures and all legal requirements are adhered to within the defined timescales.

Other duties and responsibilities would include:

  • Monitoring the CM2000 system on a rota basis in partnership with the Care Coordinator/Branch Manager
  • Ensure all carers have logged in and out of care calls
  • Participating in the on call rota
  • Recruitment, training and supporting staff
  • Spot checks, reviews, supervisions
  • Creating care plans and undertaking risk assessments
  • Ensuring all paper work is accurate and correct
  • Auditing Care Plan documentation, to ensure best practice, as per Company guidelines

Care Coordinator Role;

  • spending most of their time completing visits and risk assessments in the community
  • Rotas
  • spot checks and care plans
  • On-call will be an additional and essential part of the role supporting staff in the community out of office hours
  • You may also be required to cover calls so full flexibility is essential
  • Work directly with the Deputy Manager and branch manager to plan the service effectively
  • Field Care Supervisors are responsible for the safety and monitoring of service users and Care Workers within the local community.
  • On-call will be an additional and essential part of the role spending most of their time completing visits and risk assessments in the community, spot checks and care plans

MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER, DRIVE AND BE FLEXIBLE!

Need to have NVQ level 2/3

Knowledge of CM2000 is an advantage.NVQ level 3 & 5 available as well as in-house training and use of software.
