French Speaking Customer Service Job Coventry to start ASAP
Your new role
You will be working as a french speaking Customer Service Advisor/ Administrator on a full-time temporary basis for a large organisation based in Coventry. You will provide excellent customer service to all customers both internal and external, responding to customer enquiries quickly and efficiently and within agreed contractual KPIs, escalating where appropriate. This role is predominately within the customer administration team, however you will also support other UK customer teams.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous customer service and administration based experience. You must be fluent in french. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and have the ability to use your own initiative.
What you'll get in return
You will be working for a leading organisation based in Coventry and you will be working on a temporary basis with the possibility of going permanent. You will receive an hourly rate based upon an annual salary of GBP17,500. You will be working Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00.
