Customer Service Helpdesk Advisor

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Helpdesk Advisor in the Tunstall area of Stoke-on-Trent.

As a Customer Service Helpdesk Advisor you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A very confident manner
  • Experience of working on a busy helpdesk
  • Ideally an IT systems background but not essential


  • Working Hours are 7am-3pm and 11am-7pm Monday to Friday
  • Salary: GBP8.62ph
  • Location: Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent
  • Duration: Ongoing

Role of a Customer Service Helpdesk Advisor:

  • You would be required to action customer calls effectively and timely in a professional manner. You will handle various queries from Customers and full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
