My client is on the search for an experienced HR Advisor; who is up for a challenge and wants to be rewarded with a very competitive base salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be responsible for several projects supporting and developing the organisation to be the best at what it can be.
Role and Responsibilities
??Re-writing and updating HR policies in line with the clients EVP, best practice and changing legislation
??Incorporating compliance with financial services regulation into day to day HRBP processes, such as disciplinary cases and restructures.
??Managing relationships with key third party suppliers
??Outstanding storytelling and communication skills
??Building strong working relationships with stakeholders
??Supporting HR and society-wide projects
My client is on the search for an individual who is committed to doing right by the staff. The ideal HR advisor would have dealt with previous projects and seen them through to completion and who is also CIPD qualified.
