We are working on behalf of one of our clients in the Birtley area who require an experienced Technical Support Customer Advisor to join their team.

The Technical Support Department is a busy team within a manufacturing businesswho provide technical advice and information to customers. They also handle enquiries and complaints responding via telephone, email and writing. Following a sustained increased in business we are looking to expand the team with an enthusiastic, customer focused individual with an analytical approach and technical mind.

Duties of the role;

  • Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and letter
  • Ensuring the customer is left feeling satisfied with the outcome
  • Dealing with contact from contractors, retailers and public
  • Working as part of a team

Ideally the candidate will be:

  • Customer focused
  • Confident
  • Calm under pressure
  • Show empathy and be very helpful, even under pressure.
  • Paint experience would be ideal but not essential.
  • Experience in a customer support role is required.
