Order Fulfilment Administrator

Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting for an Order Fulfilment Administrator to join a rapidly expanding health and beauty organisation on a temporary basis for 12 weeks with the possibility of the role becoming permanent.

As an Order Fulfilment Administrator you will be required to:
* Taking and Processing telephone orders over the phone
*Data entry and Processing of application forms
*Taking Delivery query phone calls and emails, assisting Business Owners with any queries
*Liaise with the FedEx customer service team regarding deliveries.
*Work through "Live", "Exception", "Historical" and "returns" reports and action any queries as and when required on a daily basis.
*Liaise and resolve Business Owner queries on non-delivery, missing items and damaged goods; answering low level complaint correspondence when necessary
*Processing claims against Fedex for missing, damaged or problem deliveries causing a loss to customer
*Processing all daily Business Owner and Retail Customer returns
*Assisting with cancellation of Internet orders and call backs
*Scanning of posted application forms and any other associated documents
*Maintain and update records for all calls and action taken.
*Handling queries via the post morning/afternoon and taking follow up action
*Assist team members to ensure all department responsibilities are fulfilled within the Order Fulfilment Line
*Attend three quarterly team meetings (out of hours)
*Help out other departments with their workload during their busy periods
*Observe strict rules of confidentiality with information about FBOs and their business

The successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure, be able to effectively multi task, have an excellent phone manner, be articulate, well presented, be dependable, be flexible, have excellent written communication skills, be computer literate.
Hours of work are 35 per week working between between the hours of 08:00 till 18:00 on a rota basis. One weekend in three working 09:00hrs to 13:00hrs (paid as overtime). Flexibility is required to stay late on month end and adjustment day. Additional overtime as and when required to meet the needs of the business.
