An exciting opportunity has become available for competent, person centred applicant to join a recognised and established supported living provider as a deputy/trainee manager.

You will become a pivotal part of a successful care organisation and oversee supported living provisions for adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs in Warwick.

You will be supported by an established senior management team to deliver and promote high quality care and support. With a key focus on enabling choice and independence, your role will require you to oversee care and support planning, manage referalls, recruit and train a suitably skilled, qualified and experienced staff team and maintain a service that is fully compliant, safe and homely.

You will work under both CQC and company guidelines and receive ongoing training with a view to progressing into a managerial capacity in the future.

You will be able to demonstrate a competent understanding of the supported living sector and have previously overseen, small supported living services.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is a key requirement of the deputy/trainee manager job role.

In return for your significant knowledge and experience within both the supported living and learning disabilities field, you will receive a generous salary up to GBP28000 dependent on relevant skills and experience, as well as continued training, development and genuine career progression opportunities.
