Salary: GBP35,100 - GBP42,900pa (GBP18.00 - GBP22.00 per hour) + paid breaks + GBP1,000 welcome bonus
Location: Broadway, Worcester
Hours: Days or Nights Available/ Full or Part Time Hours

One of the largest independent healthcare provider is currently seeking a registered nurse for their new, purpose-built nursing home in the pleasant residential area of Broadway.

The facility is newly built and modern with the care provided being largely residential but offering general nursing and palliative care alongside Parkinson's long term care and intermediate care to the local community.

It is reasonably sized with 45 residents in total and is fully effective and compliant.

With a long standing manager, university accredited training and development pathways, the company regular comply with ongoing reviews, supervisions and 1-2-1 guidance you will also receive strong managerial support alongside support from a well versed and long standing staff nurse team assisted by a wealth of well-trained senior care staff.

Your role as registered nurse will be to deliver the highest level of clinical care alongside ensuring all physical and emotional needs are met, Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of the residents and acting as a named nurse for a selected group of patients.

Applicants for the Registered Nurse role should:

-Hold a current NMC registration and have the legal right to work within the UK
