We have an exciting job for someone with rosette experience and either be an experienced supervisor to work in a hotel restaurant. You must have at least 3 years' experience or worked within a rosette restaurant and are ready to take the next step.
Salary depending on experience GBP19,500 and live in is available at GBP42 per week.
Individual Key Areas of Responsibility
• Duty Management - Training is give in First Aid and Fire Marshall
• Supervision of Breakfast Team - make sure adhere to Standards of Service
• Assist the Brasserie Manager to maintain the Brasserie standards of service
• Supervise the Brasserie in the absence of the Manager
• Assisting the bar team when required and adhering to the Bar Managers standards
• Management of F&B and service in line with other F&B Managers and Supervisors
• Monthly Food Safety Checklist
• Coffee and Tea Orders and stocking levels
• Assist with F&B Staff Job Chats
