What's involved with this role:

Interim Change Manager

Identifying Change Management requirements. Production of policy, processes, procedures, working practices and supporting guidance to promote effective.
Change Management from concept to execution and review. Planning, managing and monitoring the implementation of changes, including impact assessment, resource analysis, conflict resolution and contingency planning.
You will be an Expert in Change Management concepts and practices. Capable in methods and techniques for risk management, business impact analysis, counter-measures and contingency arrangements, particularly relating to the serious disruption of business services.

• Identifying Change Management requirement.
• Production of SG implementation guidance on CP&F policy, processes, procedures, working practices and supporting guidance to promote effective.
• Planning, managing and monitoring the implementation of changes within SG HLB processes to align to CP&F processes etc, including impact assessment, resource analysis, conflict resolution and contingency planning.
• Managing and reporting CP&F implementation within SG including risk management, business impact analysis, counter-measures and contingency arrangements, particularly relating to the serious disruption of business services

This is a temporary, but possibly long term role.

You will have the following:
1. SC clearance
2. Your address (including post code) and a telephone number that we can reach you on during working hours
3. Your recent UK working experience, going back at least 5 years, with any gaps explained.
4. Confirmation of your availability to work either immediately, or at short notice.
5. Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
6. Educated to Degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in a specialist area.
7. Evidence of continuing personal/professional development
8. Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages
