Customer Service Advisor
Totally Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for a Temporary On-going Customer Service Advisor to work for our client based within the Perry Barr area.
The position is temporary on-going until January 2018 with the possibility of a permanent position being available at the end of the contract period if not before.
The purpose of the role is to provide a quality and friendly service to all customers, with the aim of increasing customer relation, customer satisfaction and receiving positive customer reviews.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be required to answer customer calls and respond to customer queries on email, this makes up a large portion of the role. You will also be required to assist customers with a variety of queries including product information and returns. Some complaint handling will be necessary.
Internally within the company you will be required to liaise with departments such as purchasing, warehouse, trade counter and marketing. You will also deal with third parties which include couriers, suppliers and manufactures on a daily basis to ensure you provide all customers with the best possible service.

- Have experience working in a customer service advisor role is preferred.
- Have the ability to show initiative

- Possess an out-going personality.
Full training will be given in the first 2 weeks of working with our client.
Hours of work, Monday to Friday - 08.30am until 18.00pm. The suitable applicant must be flexible and prepared to work one Saturday each month, 11.00am until 15.00pm.
