Our Client is a rapidly growing manufacturing organisation, who offer engineering services to customers within aerospace, manufacturing, and engineering industries.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8-4:30

Day to day duties will include the following:
* Updating manufacturing plans using MS Projects
* Sales order processing using SAGE50
* Issuing quotations, order acknowledgements, and delivery notes
* Provide clerical support to all departments
* Maintain purchase requests and coordinate deliveries with the purchasing department
* Preparing reports, minutes, and general administrative duties
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
* Experience of MS Projects and MS Excel (required)
* Experience of SAGE50 (advantageous, not essential)
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
* Excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail
* Experience within project management or accounting would be advantageous for this role
