BT Local Business Wolverhampton, represented by Caerus Business Solutions Ltd, has the exclusive contract with BT to offer advice, support and to provide services to the business and education community within the Wolverhampton and surrounding Black Country areas. Based in our offices just outside Wolverhampton, we offer a locally based presence supporting businesses with their communications requirements across the extensive BT product & solutions portfolio.

The Role:

BTLB Wolverhampton are looking for highly proactive, dynamic, focused & determined sales people who bring with them proven sales experience and performance (preferably in the Telecoms sector with a B2B background ) and an absolute desire to be successful. Exceptional inter-personal skills and an excellent telephone manner are essential attributes for this role.

Key responsibilities of the Field Sales Consultant are to proactively contact new and existing customers within the pre-defined base, developing strong relationships, engaging the client at Key Decision Maker level in business debates to identify, qualify & close solution opportunities across the extensive BT portfolio particularly in the areas of Data Networking, Voice Solutions, Cloud, BT Onephone & Mobile. Other responsibilities include:

- Consistently achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets in all areas
- Arrange & attend client meetings to sell BT products and services in line with key metrics.
- Keep up to date with market and business trends including competitor activity, understanding developments for the client and identifying new and emerging business opportunities
- Populate & manage CRM systems effectively and accurately
- Ensure a positive customer experience is achieved with every customer interaction demonstrating ownership and empathy.
- Rewards for success are significant, successful candidates will receive a competitive basic salary combined with an uncapped commission structure and overlay incentives with on target earnings of up to £70k per annum.
