Customer Service Opportunities (Contact Centre)

Salary £14,363.51 (pro rata part time 25 hours per week)

25 Hours Per Week - Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2018

Their customers continue to challenge the way they work and they continue to seek new ways of delighting them, which requires a large amount of patience, tenacity and resilience from the people who work for them. They are looking for Customer Service Advisors to deliver this important role.

The successful candidate will be able to provide a professional and responsive customer orientated service to their customers via their Contact Centre and receptions. You will have recent and relevant experience of working in a customer service environment, the ability to verbally communicate clearly and effectively is essential.

As the first point of contact for their customers, you will create the right first impression and be able to build rapport with their customers; demonstrating tact and diplomacy in a calm and professional manner. You will have the ability to work well on your own and cope well under pressure, particularly when there is a peak in customer demand.

It is also important that you are a team player and are able to actively contribute towards a positive working environment.

You must be flexible, as the Customer Service Team operates shift patterns between 08.00am and 20.00pm Monday to Friday and 08.0am to 13.00pm Saturday.
