A Senior Performance & Reward Analyst is required by a leading, global Investment Bank to act as a Subject Matter Expert within the Performance & Reward Enablement team that ensures the necessary systems and processes are in place to support the bonus and fixed pay review processes. This is a delivery role and so would not suit someone looking to write policies or strategy but more so an individual with Reward experience in either an analytical or project based delivery capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the successful delivery of end to end global group wide variable compensation and fixed pay review processes
- Hands on support and expert advice for P&R product specialists and Divisional Reward on global delivery and rollout of products, processes or policies e.g. project tracking, planning etc.
- Work in partnership with Group Reward to facilitate the Senior Exec Compensation Committee process and any other relevant Group Committee
- Manage and contribute to the production and sign off of high quality communication or reference materials to support managers and employees in the use of any P&R product or process e.g. HR Connect pages, system guides, manager FAQs, HR Direct training etc.
- Manage the delivery and implementation of P&R products and processes across the Bank, from launch through to post implementation review e.g. Recognition Award, Spotlight Survey, Total Performance skills building etc.
- Support and potentially own relationships with relevant stakeholders including both internal colleagues across the Bank and external contacts such as vendors
- Lead the delivery of processes or analytics related to P&R regulatory requirements (e.g. InstVV and CRD IV) and audits e.g. MRT objectives QA, IDFs, Control Function Input
- Work individually or lead wider teams to improve process performance by solving problems and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities

You will have strong Performance / Reward experience in a large, multi-site organisation and have proven experience of delivering systems / process improvements. Previous project management experience would be advantageous, as would any previous exposure to systems implementation. In addition, you will need strong analytical skills, including an Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, together with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
