A fantastic opportunity is available for an Administrator to Head of Department at a large utility company in Warwick, we are looking for employees to join our expanding team who show commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service to customers as well as being tenacious and methodical at all times.

Experience Required:

Experience in a Personnel Assistant or internal communications role, which will include use of multiple communications channels.

Excellent organisational, communication skills and report writing skills.

Problem Solving & decision making - skilled ???

High level of computer literacy, especially in the use and application of SharePoint and standard MS applications, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. ?????

Key Tasks:

Demonstrates high competence at working in a high pressure environment and able to deal confidently with items of a confidential nature.

Excellent planning and organisation skills - to have effective time management and be adept in working to tight deadlines. Key to this is gaining an understanding of the business context
and understanding the key priorities of the Business & Operations team.

Demonstrates ability to manage correspondence effectively and in a timely manner. Excellent written and oral communication, with a strong attention to detail including numerical detail.

Previous practical experience in providing business support in a similar environment with knowledge of basic controls and processes.
