Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of a hugely successful, technologically advanced product in the US, is seeking a motivated, dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to provide 2nd line technical support to their clients and end users, assisting in the resolution of all product related issues and queries while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.

The Role

Based in Malvern, you will be quick to understand and deal with customer's issues and needs on a 2nd line support basis, efficiently guiding them to a satisfactory resolution. You will continually evaluate new technologies, product development and competitor products to ensure that you have the breadth of knowledge to accurately assist clients. You will administrate and analyse faults and report trends and improvements which will drive an improved user experience. The delivery of excellent customer service is paramount, communicating with stake holders at all levels to overcome complaints and enhance relationships. Working closely with all team members and assisting across all facets of the business, you will embrace a variety of challenges on a daily basis.
