Our established client in the Burntwood area are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team, duties will include:

* ?? Using Sage Payroll to process weekly and monthly payrolls for up to c80 staff
* ?? Submitting Full Payment Summaries to HMRC
* ?? Ensuring statutory payments are correct processed
* ?? Assessing employees for pension auto-enrolment each payment run
* ?? Preparation of VAT returns
* ?? Monthly & quarterly book-keeping on Sage
* ?? Entering sales and purchase invoices, payments and receipts
* ?? Reconciling accounts
* ?? Providing various debtor and creditor reports
* ?? Entering sub-contractor payments to calculate and generate CIS return information

It is essential that candidates have previous Payroll and Accounts experience.

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
