Site Secretary / Document Controller (Part Time 25 hours a week - Start time 8am)

Freelance starting ASAP for 12 months

Pay GBP13 - GBP15 per hour (depending on level of experience)

The Company:

The company is a regional East Midlands based Client with a turnover in excess of GBP70m that prides itself on successful project delivery working closely with repeat clients on negotiated works. They currently have a need for freelance Part Time Site Secretary / Document Controller.

Project:

This is a GBP22million Academy School and Teaching Facilities in Warwick.

Duties (but not limited to):

* Booking in visitors / site staff
* Inductions / Health and Safety (paper work / files)
* Timesheets
* Answering calls and taking accurate messages
* Full secretarial support to the management team
* Set up and manage the project document control systems
* Compile record and manage the request for information document
* Update and maintain the drawing register
* Distribute file and record all drawing revisions
* Set up and print drawings for each part of the project as it develops
* Prepare and maintain drawing register
* Manage the information required document
* Manage the request for information document
* Update and maintain the drawing register
* Distribute, file and record all drawing versions

Ideal Site Secretary / Document Controller:

* At least 3 years Site Secretary / Document Control experience within the Construction or Civils industries
* Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint
* Ability to self-motivate and work under own initiative
* Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills
