We have a fantastic opportunity available in our Notting Hill office.

This is an exciting role for trainees, graduates or experienced property professionals looking to further their career within an award winning estate agency! Previous experience is not required as we offer a fantastic training programme, covering all aspects of Estate Agency!

If you are ambitious, money motivated and driven then this could be the ideal role for you!

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will need to:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify client requirements and match those to our property portfolio
  • Generate new business and activity
  • Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity levels
  • Attract new clients to instruct Chancellors as their agent based on the quality of your work

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous estate agency experience
  • Be able to work effectively within a team
  • Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
  • Display high standards of service and presentation
  • Have good organisational skills
  • Have the drive to be the top of every league table
  • Be a car owner with a full driving licence
