12 month fixed term
My client in Birmingham is looking to recruit a Project Manager to deliver against an office refurbishment. The client is looking for an individual to liaise, coordinate and implement the refurbishment process efficiently This person must be able to demonstrate project management experience by working on similar sized projects, budgets and timescales as well as dealing with outsider contractors.
The successful candidate must have affiliated PM qualifications in Property, Construction or Engineering and have experience working with similar professional service clients.
This role is a fixed term contract of 12 months.
Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm (with added hours when required)
Salary is between £50k - £55k per annum.
