Recruitment Administrator - Coventry - £15,500 to £18,000 dependent upon experience
ACR Recruitment and Training Ltd are a specialist consultancy providing education personnel to a nationwide portfolio of clients.
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Administrator to oversee all aspects of candidate registration and compliance checks. Duties include:
- initial pre-screening telephone calls
- sending application forms
- carrying out previous employer, character reference and DBS checks
- interviewing potential candidates
- updating vacancies with relevant agencies

You must be able to demonstrate your ability to work on your own initiative, co-operate with colleagues and prioritise your workload, whilst managing your time in a busy environment. A pleasant telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively is equally essential.
Knowledge of the Early Years education sector would be advantageous.
Salary is negotiable, dependent upon your experience.
