Relationship Director (Corporate Banking)
Our banking clients are looking for a Relationship Director to engage with their existing and prospective customers with a turnover of between £40M and £350M, where you will also be responsible for customer service excellence to our existing and prospective customers.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
•Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Corporate Banking, Financial Services
•Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer requirements
•Demonstrated experience of providing excellent customer service and proactively look for innovative ways to improve service delivery
•Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience of successfully influencing others, negotiating effectively.
•Built effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
•A comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others' compliance with relevant regulatory processes
