An unmissable opportunity has arisen for an experienced secretary to join a highly reputable and prestigious property company based in Birmingham City Centre.

You have the chance to join a sociable, vibrant and busy team where your role will be varied and you will experience team building activities and incentives.
The main purpose of this role is to provide support to the department and support up to 6 Directors with administration and secretarial support.

Salary = £22-24,000
Benefits = 25 days holiday, pension scheme, life assurance, medical insurance.
Start date = Mid September

The duties of this role include:
• Provide full administrative support to all members of the team with focus on 3 key directors (Commercial/mixed use)
• Complex diary management
• Organising client and team events
• Travel arrangements
• Handling telephone calls, taking messages and covering phones
• Updating and maintaining Outlook/Microsoft Dynamics contacts
• Management and maintenance of property files, online and hard copy
• Updating and/or formatting schedules, spreadsheets, presentations, marketing collateral, reports, pitches and correspondence
• The completion of expense claims on behalf of fee earners
• Raising invoices, credit notes, managing disbursements and processing supplier invoices
• Uploading web content for our Savills property search
• Opening, closing and assisting with compliance checks
• Filing and archiving
• Printing and binding
• Audio typing
• Minute taking
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients, applicants and colleagues
• Excellent knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Adobe is essential

The ideal candidate:
• Will have previous secretary experience
• Will have experience in the property industry
• Must be able to audio type to a good level
• IT competent and proficient on MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Strong personality and strong communicator
• Be able to work to own initiative
• Good telephone manger, clear and articulate
