Due to internal growth within the company, my client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Due to internal growth within the company, my client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Ideally you will;

  • Have experience of running a purchase ledger team
  • Have experience of working in a fast paced finance department
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills

Your role will consist of;

  • Managing the Purchase ledger
  • Reviewing and authorising weekly pay to statement payment requests
  • Reviewing all company CHAPS/CHQ requests before payment through Treasury
  • Reviewing and managing balance sheets
  • Manage SSC AP team
  • Management of twice weekly BACS payments runs due to suppliers
  • Monitoring and improvement of KPI's
  • Period/year end close process
