Contact Centre Agent
We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity available to join our Customer Services Team, based in our Nuneaton Contact Centre as a Contact Centre Agent.
When someone buys a product from one of our stores – online or on the high street – our commitment to them doesn’t end there. We’re there for them whatever question, query or observation they have. And it’s our Customer Services team’s job to take their calls and help resolve any issues they have. And that’s where you come in.
Customers could call us up for pretty much anything. It could be advice on a product. A price check. Or even just to catch up on Game of Thrones (we joke). In fact, they don’t need to call us at all. Sometimes they email us. Sometimes they use our web chat. However they get in touch, whatever help they need, you’ll be there for them. Our voice at the other end.
With so many different products, so many different customers, and so many different ways of getting in touch, it’s fair to say that no two days – or conversations – will ever be the same. There’s always something new to keep you on your toes. (In a good way!)
Your job will be to talk with customers confidently and confidentially. Helping them with their needs and giving them all the support they need. You’ll be part of a fun team – a busy team – and they’ll be there to support you, develop you, and teach you everything you need to know.
All we ask is that you’re friendly, professional and willing to learn. And you’ll need to be flexible too. Your working hours could be anywhere between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday. (So don’t worry, you’ll always be home in time for Game of Thrones – just in case.)
Working Hours are 37.5 hours, over a 7 day working operation. Within this, you will be asked to work 5 out of 7, working 7.5 hours each day within the hours shown below.
Monday: Friday : 8.00am – 8.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
Sunday: 10.00am – 5.00pm
