Job Title: Service Engineer - Engineered Solutions

Salary: Up to £30k

Location: West Midlands based with travel throughout the UK

A high end Designer and Manufacturer of some of the worlds best known brands are seeking an Experienced service and maintenance engineer

Reporting to the Managing Director , you will be working off site with customers across the whole of the UK, Providing mechanical and electrical service solutions. Working from home, you will be expected to visit their Birmingham head office just once or twice a month; some of your responsibilities include:

  • Respond to and prioritise breakdowns to minimise downtime
  • Carry out Planned, Preventative Maintenance
  • Promote Continuous Improvement / Lean initiatives
  • Installation of new equipment and machinery
  • Maintain all Health & Safety standards.

The successful candidates will be experienced with both electrical and mechanical servicing, able to identify faults faults with PLC machinery. You must have experience as a Service Engineer, covering large geographical areas, as a lot of your time will be spent on the road.
