The role of a sales co-ordinator is very varied and the successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, whilst still presenting quality work, a multi-tasker and be eager to reach individual and team targets, duties include:-
* Diary Management
* Prospecting new clients, by responding to sales leads to maximise the outcome
* Database Management - using the SAP system ( Training will be given)
* Pro-active selling - constantly looking for opportunities to add on sell to new and existing customers
* Customer Relationship Management
* Sending out quotes and samples to a variety of clients
* Booking and arranging meetings/ Travel and accommodation
* Sales order capture and processing
and providing cover and support for your colleagues, in addition to report and analysis on a daily,weekly and monthly basis.
