Customer Support Administrator
Exceptionally unique opportunity at a wonderful client-focused company based in Solihull. This role involves a variety of different responsibilities and would suit an individual with a keen eye for detail and a focus on managing relationships in a profession manner.
The typical day within this role would involve a large element of customer support including responding to enquiries and queries via telephone and email, operating a number of IT functions including data entry, as well as liaising with clients. Working as part of a wider team, the team administrator role is a perfect opportunity to expand on existing skills.
Applicants would ideally be educated to A Level or equivalent and desirably possess some elements of previous experience in data entry and customer service. We are specifically seeking an individual who is able to provide an excellent level of customer service, prides themselves on having a meticulous eye for detail and demonstrates an ability to work well with others.
