Regional Facilities Manager
The Regional Facilities Manager will be working directly for an internationally known retailer managing a portfolio of stores in the West Midlands. The position is responsible for all planned and reactive maintenance and smaller projects in stores.
The Regional Facilities Manager will be working for an established retailer who have stores nationwide and an excellent reputation in the industry. They have impressive plans for growth and look to employ people with the potential to grow with them.
This role will be responsible for all maintenance (both planned and reactive), smaller projects such as store refreshes and ensuring that any stores with landlords are compliant from a maintenance perspective. The position requires travel across the West Midlands and a degree of flexibility around working patterns.
Candidates for this role will need to be Degree educated to be considered although not necessarily on a property related subject. The company like to employ people who are motivated and ambitious to progress and looking to provide the highest levels of service to their customers and store managers. Progression within the business can be rapid and is very much open ended for the highest calibre of people.
A starting salary of £43k plus a fully expensed company car, the salary has guaranteed progression.
