Pensions Scheme Accountant in Birmingham City Centre £28,000-£30,000 per annum plus benefits
Your new company
You will be joining this Birmingham City Centre organisation that specialises in management consulting services. They are a very established organisation and gaining experience through them will be second to none.
Your new role
You will be providing high quality support tasked with roles such as:
- Preparation of financial statements
- Providing support to the accounts team
- Handling enquiries in accordance with agreed procedures
- Processing and checking amendments to data accurately
- Taking part in external and internal audit
What you'll need to succeed
You will be part qualified or equivalent through ACCA/CIMA/ACA or similar qualifications. You will have experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with SORP and relevant regulatory framework. Experience in pension scheme accounting would be highly regarded. Strong IT skills with advanced usage of Excel and a good grasp of accounting softwares.
