Are you an experienced customer service administrator looking for a new challenge?

Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting for a customer service administrator to join a vibrant and buzzy team in Coventry.
The role will involve being the first point of customer contact within the company, providing the highest possible level of customer service through:
-Listening to the customer and understanding their needs
-Negotiating and giving commitments to satisfy the customer
-Managing queries and complaints for customers

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or administration role, will be skilled in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. Most importantly, the successful candidate must have exceptional organisation, communication skills and will have an excellent telephone manner.
