2nd Line Support - Telford - £23000

My client, a growing and expanding MSP, are looking to add a dedacated and motavated to 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their Vibrant and busy helpdesk teams. With exceptional potential for growth and porgression this is a real opportunity for you to learn and expand your knowledge within the support and infrastructure space.

You will be a key member of the team, dealing with various stakeholder in various business, providing excellent support and second to none customer service along with it. You will be responding to tickets that have been escalated from the 1st line and making you sure you deal and log all issues correctly.
