Our client, a highly regarded commercial law firm with offices nationwide, is seeking a Webmaster with a strong background in Digital Marketing to join the team in their Birmingham office.

Managing the firm's websites, monitoring online business development activity, assisting with website launches, and optimising visibility and relevance, duties of the Webmaster will include:

- Working with the IT team to oversee hosting arrangements and ensure appropriate server maintenance
- Developing and testing emergency back-up procedures
- Maintaining and troubleshooting existing websites
- Responsibility for all debugging issues relating to website performance
- Ensuring an optimum level of security is in place at all times
- Conducting regular testing on all sites
- Liaising with other teams within the business to ensure websites comply with all relevant regulations
- Reviewing statistics and monitoring analytics
- Ensuring design is responsive, mobile friendly and multi-platform ready
- Optimising and reporting upon SEO performance; driving relevant traffic to the sites

Webmaster - What we're looking for:
- Experience of working in a Webmaster & Digital Marketing role, within a service oriented organisation
- Specialist knowledge of WordPress
- Advanced knowledge of running, leading and managing SEO activitie
- Active knowledge of HTML coding would be preferred
- A good knowledge of digital targeting initiatives and a broad awareness of impact digital marketing initiatives
- Strong persuasion and influencing skills, and ability to drive projects through
- The flexibility to react to change and prioritise accordingly
- The ability to work flexible hours when required
