Customer Service Coordinator
This independent, innovative, forward thinking and award winning company based in Birmingham are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to support two integral teams within the business.
You will support the Customer Service Team by managing customer service queries.
* Manage all incoming consumer calls and queries
* Update daily customer spreadsheets
* Process and progress customer queries
* Manage all returns, collections and arrange delivery times
* Confirm delivery dates with customers
* Ensuring the sales team has provided a great service
* Manage trading relationships with courier for stocks updates
* Update company CRM system
* Ensuring the customer will score the team 10/10 in follow up survey
* Live and breathe the customer journey
* Occasional reception cover - as and when required
* Organised with good time management skills
* Team player and ability to build good relationships
* Excellent communication skills
* IT Literate
