Branch Sales Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly driven Branch Sales Manager to join the team at our thriving Newcastle branch.
A 100% dedication to delivering excellent customer service is paramount. To be successful I this role, you must be willing to go the extra mile at all times and build strong relationships with customers and supplier whilst actively promoting this culture within your branch.
Your key responsibility will be to work closely with the Branch Manager to help and support implementation of the branch plans and develop profitable sales. You will lead, coach and advance the sales team to achieve the branch targets whilst ensuring the highest standards of Health and Safety are maintained.
Distribution experience is desired however not essential, as a positive can do attitude and a willingness to learn is far more important to us. You will have had previous experience of leading a team with the ability to exceed sales targets both personally and through the management and motivation of your team.
