Analyse business requirements and recommend appropriate effective learning solutions.
Identify and update technology courseware solutions and associated materials.
Coach, guide and advise L&D and the business on the most appropriate use of technology learning interventions.
Optimise existing technology, and develop technology based learning capabilities to support a learning organisation that is responsive, flexible and focused on learners needs.
Develop and manage the Learning Management System to ensure that it delivers maximum learner engagement and impact
Develop core content for the E-Learning system to make it visually appealing and engaging for staff.
- Must have designed and delivered a range of learning solutions
- Must have managed and developed Learning Management Systems
- Will have used software such as: Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Will have developed E-Learning software
- Will have worked in the Financial Services sector
