Customer Service Helpdesk Advisor

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Helpdesk Advisor in the Tunstall area of Stoke-on-Trent.

As a Customer Service Helpdesk Advisor you will need to have:

- Excellent communication skills
- A very confident manner
- Experience of working on a busy helpdesk
- Ideally an IT systems background but not essential

Details:

- Working Hours are 7am-3pm and 11am-7pm Monday to Friday
- Salary: £8.62ph
- Location: Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent
- Duration: Ongoing

Role of a Customer Service Helpdesk Advisor:

- You would be required to action customer calls effectively and timely in a professional manner. You will handle various queries from Customers and full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
