Pure Staff are currently looking to recruit a Sales Office Administrator for a busy wholesaler of clothing based in Wolverhampton. The company is family-owned with strong personal and trustworthy ethics that extend throughout the business, and across their commercial relationships. They operate with a high-positivity culture and a fantastic "can do" mentality which prevails throughout the organization, and are currently looking to take on a like-minded candidate that understands how important customer satisfaction is throughout the entire business process.

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to undertake supports tasks to the sales and customer service team. This includes collation and upkeep of all sales paperwork, releasing electronic website orders after credit clearance, converting and releasing email received orders, liaising with warehouse to progress orders, and generally ensuring the sales team can effectively concentrate on the sales process.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator will ensure smooth running of the company's offices and contribute in driving sustainable growth.

Along with the above, the ideal candidate should also possess outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent organizational skills, familiarity with office management procedures & basic accounting principles, excellent knowledge of MS Office & general IT, and be self motivated to learn new concepts & participate in new projects.
