We are recruiting for a HR & EHS Administrator in the Telford area. Our Client is a well-established Company.

Overall purpose and Aims of the role

Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a varied role encompassing all elements of office administration in order to support the Head of HR, Head of EHS, L&D Manager and HR team.

As a HR & EHS Administrator you will need to have/be:

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook E-Mail systems.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Able to work accurately and with high levels of attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- To work well independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Able to work discreetly with confidential information.
- Experience in an administration role.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be discreet and maintain professional standards.


·Salary: £20,000.00 pro rata
·Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 9.00am-3.00pm
·Location: Telford
·Duration: Permanent

Role of a HR & EHS Administrator:

- Prepare, print and distribute correspondence, memos and / or email.
- Scanning, mailing and copying documents.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and procedures.
- Organise and book lunches for meetings.
- Calendar management.
- Book and organise OH appointments.
- Upload recruitment requisitions; T&C changes; leaver notifications within Tapestry.
- Upload purchase requisitions for the HR / EHS department.
- Complete goods / service received receipts.
- Support with booking and organising training courses.
- Support CSR initiatives and events.
- Fleet administration including obtaining quotes; maintaining the car log; ordering fuel cards and other associated administration duties.
- Administrate the paperwork around PL and EL claims.
- Complete all IOSH administration duties including printing and distribution of materials.
- Co-ordinate the energy dashboard and work on data gathering, trends and using the Magna systems.
- Management of the tapestry system from an HR, EHS and L&D perspective.
- Maintain and update the HR database (Sage).
- Produce reports from the L&D feedback forms.
- Take minutes of meetings.
- Any other duties as reasonably requested.
