HR Manager - Luxury Residential Accommodation - Coventry
Looking for a bright HR Manager to join a luxury Boutique residential accommodation. If you're a dynamic HR Generalist currently working within a Hotel environment as a HR Manager or Business Partner, then this could be the job for you!!!
You must have a solid Employee Relations background from the hospitality, retail or residential accommodation sector. Based at Head office in Coventry, you will manage a small team with the daily running of the HR department. This will also include the occasional off site meeting anywhere across the 9 sites in the UK.

Your role will be to:
. Manage and develop Employee Relations throughout the business
. Drive employee engagement for the organisation
. Ensuring that the organisation's policies and procedures are in line with current employment law legislation and kept up to date as they change with the law.
. Delivering training and inductions for all new started within this growing Company
. Manage , monitor and control Performance Management to focus on succession Planning
. Dealing with the recruitment and retention, managing campaigns and activity
. Work in collaboration with head of departments to achieve desired outcomes.
The Ideal candidate will have:
. A passion and enthusiasm for HR, covering all aspects of people management & have a proven background in hospitality, retail or accommodation sector is ESSENTIAL!
. Experience delivering training in Customer service and standards
. CIPD OR equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential if you have the experience
. First class Employment Law knowledge.
. Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with the GM , Management team and team members
