Your new role
The Performance & Reward Analyst will support the global Reward team in the delivery of performance and reward activities and processes. The postholder will provide hands on support annual salary and bonus reviews by producing and analysing management information. The P&R Analyst will provide job matching and benchmarking support and insights. The provide advice to managers on the relevant processes and work to identify areas for process improvement. Other responsibilities will include reward data audits, produce reference materials and actively contribute to reward based projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Reward or HR Analyst with advanced excel and HR systems expertise. You be analytical, inquisitive and have strong communications skills.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 plus excellent benefits.
