Testimonial:
"I started working with Monarch in November 2016 ad ever since I have absolutely loved every minute of it! I believe one of the prime reasons being having such a great and understanding consultant like Chelsea. Chelsea is brilliant at what she does. She listens to my needs (as I am a mum of two) and has offered me regular work at some wonderful schools.

Given my experience and work preferences, Chelsea has always ensured that the assignments I have been given fit these preferences. It's always a pleasure to work for Monarch and I couldn't have wishes for a better consultant."- Shabana Primary Teacher

"Since September 2016 Chelsea has been my main agent at Monarch Education after my longstanding agent went on maternity leave. Any reservations I had about dealing with a different agent were soon put aside after meeting her and when she started to find me work. Chelsea has listened carefully to what I want and need from supply teaching in terms of number of days, locations and the type of work and has consequently sent me to schools which suit me and I find enjoyable to work with. Chelsea has made great efforts to communicate with me and is able to react promptly to changes in my situation as well as with those of schools for example. I feel like my work is valued and as though I have someone in my corner when working with Chelsea, a rare thing when working for an agency but something which inspires loyalty and hard work from myself."
